The District NMI Convention will be held at Canton First, starting at 9:00 am. The theme is Missions Road Trip. It will be held on June 21st. Anyone may attend this convention. Come and see John Haines and get the idea of how our District NMI works! Registration starts at 8:30 am.

Our District Assembly meets annually to receive the reports of churches and pastors on the district. Board members, Committee members, and other positions are filled by the voting of the delegates. Financial matters are also presented. Elections are held.

We are continuing our New Men’s Ministry. Please meet at the church at 6:30 pm. We will regroup and drive to the site of the fire. Please dress for outdoor weather and bring a chair to sit by the fire. Come and sit by the fire and fellowship with other men.

Norms for ‘Fires’

1.         The focal point is the fire.

2.         This is a safe place. What is shared at the fire does not go beyond the fire.

3.         Everyone has an opportunity to share. No one person dominates the conversation.

Come at 10:45 am for our Morning Worship Service with Communion.

After the service, we will fellowship together with a potluck lunch. We will follow the meal with games and fun. Come and join us. We will have signup sheets in September on the Welcome Center.

Meet at the church at 9:30 am so that we can carpool (if desired). We help set up and serve lunch to the men and women at the Haven of Rest. If we have enough volunteers, some may be asked to fold towels or sort clothes. We are there to assist them in their ministry.

Trinity volunteers every 5th Saturday, so if you cannot join us today, plan to help another day.

Also, we collect large cans of fruit and large containers of coffee to donate to the Haven of Rest. Please place them in the church lobby. Thank you for helping as we serve others.

This service will be held on Sunday, September 28th, at 6:00 pm at East Liberty church. The missionaries that will be there will be Stephen & Rebecca Barber, from Thailand. They are volunteer missionaries for our denomination. Less than two percent of the country’s people are Christians, and they are called to bring people to the Lord.
