Alabaster Offering

“Give up a want to serve a need.”

Since 1949, Nazarene men and women have sacrificed to make a difference in the world raising over $100 million. We committed to sacrifice something that we wanted but did not need. Each person makes their own determination as to what that means. Some people placed all of their change in their Alabaster box at the end of each day; others gave a set amount.

The entire Alabaster Offering goes toward the purchase of land and construction of churches, schools, medical facilities, and homes for missionaries and national workers. This makes a difference on mission fields; these monies provide permanent places for the Gospel to be preached and shared.
